About The Position

The Benefit Administrative Account Specialist is responsible for collecting, organizing, and validating data to support various business operations. This role involves ensuring data accuracy and integrity while working closely with other departments to facilitate effective data management and reporting. Your Impact Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Validate and clean data to maintain quality standards and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with team members and other departments to support data-related projects. Generate reports and provide insights based on collected data to assist in decision-making. Assist in developing and implementing data collection processes and best practices. At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected pay range for this position is between $17.00 - $28.85 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in data collection or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in data management tools and software.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
