This role reports directly to the Depot Manager and offers an on-site schedule based out of our Arlington, TX facility. As a key leader within our finance team, you will drive operational efficiency, foster collaboration across teams, and contribute to our organization's financial health and success. Your ability to manage priorities, focus on detail, and deliver results will be critical in this impactful position.

  • Maintain knowledge in all technical aspects of all products under your respective repair responsibilities.
  • Maintain knowledge in all Atlas Copco software programs under your respective responsibilities (i.e., TT-PF, TT-DS, TT-ACTA, BLM, etc.) as well as MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Gage InSite, BPCS, SAP) as required.
  • Have a complete understanding of the department's processes and guidelines.
  • Maintain an understanding and practice of the Kaizen principles and lean manufacturing.
  • Have expert knowledge in all service-related products, including contract, box, bench and field repairs.
  • Be capable to communicate effectively with all levels of customers - Sales and customers.
  • Understand and practice the guidelines set in the Service Professional communication.
  • Understand how to and be able to effectively communicate and professionally work with all pertinent Atlas Copco resources including the product company and other global resources.
  • Maintain a positive outlook when working with staff.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience and knowledge of pneumatic and electric tools strongly preferred.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Possess expert knowledge in Excel, Word, MSDS safety.
  • The ability to multitask different objectives within the shop.
