About The Position

Bench Technician 2 - X-Ray/Image-Guided Therapy The Bench Service Technician acts as an integral part of AllParts Medical LLC’s operation by ensuring product availability while meeting business targets, executing test and repair requirements and planned activities according to regulatory guidelines, and providing solutions through diagnostics, troubleshooting, and informed repair operations. Your role: Provide technical resolution guidance for parts repair and testing, supporting APM Operations while taking ownership of actions and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and quality guidelines. Document Quality Assurance work orders in the digital ERP system with clear, accurate details (diagnostics performed, test procedures, repair/resolution steps, status updates) to enable traceability and knowledge sharing. Record repair/test labor and materials in real time, including test & repair time, parts consumed/returned, and failure details, ensuring data accuracy to support reporting and continuous improvement. Manage escalations, complaints, and feedback (safety and non-safety) by following defined processes to capture information accurately and drive timely follow-up through the appropriate channels. Deliver customer-first technical support by applying strong engineering fundamentals and logical problem-solving to determine the most cost-effective repair path, collaborating with the team, communicating professionally in writing, and leveraging strong PC skills (Windows/Office); IT/network/system connectivity and remote service capability preferred. You're the right fit if: 2+ years of experience in IT, Network Diagnosis, System Connectivity, Remote Service within Engineering, Medical, or Science related environment or equivalent. High School Diploma, Vocational Education or equivalent. Possesses comprehensive PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, along with competence in IT/network diagnosis, system connectivity, and remote service. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . Detail-oriented and interested in data management and analytics, exhibiting strong technical knowledge in engineering fundamentals and the ability to solve logical problems independently

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT, Network Diagnosis, System Connectivity, Remote Service within Engineering, Medical, or Science related environment or equivalent.
  • High School Diploma, Vocational Education or equivalent.
  • Possesses comprehensive PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, along with competence in IT/network diagnosis, system connectivity, and remote service.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
  • Detail-oriented and interested in data management and analytics, exhibiting strong technical knowledge in engineering fundamentals and the ability to solve logical problems independently
