TAT-Technologies Tulsa Site in Tulsa, OK is looking for an experienced Bench mechanic / Air Test Pressure (ATP) Technician for its Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) operations.

Requirements

High School education or equivalent
2 or more years mechanical experience preferred
Must be able to work 1st shift hours typically 6:30am to 3pm with overtime and weekends as business need demands
Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little or no assistance following new employee training
Must have good command of the English language; oral and written
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
Must be able to display good judgement regarding quality & safety
Must be willing and able to learn and apply new skills
Working knowledge and ability to do industrial math calculations and work to tight tolerances
Must be able to perform physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours or more and lift up to 50 pounds
Must have the ability to pass pre-hire and ongoing, random drug testing as required as a Department of Transportation (DOT) facility regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Must have the ability to pass pre-hire background check screening

Responsibilities

Perform on-site maintenance, inspections and repairs
Assist in retaining and maintaining all on-site records in both hard copy and electronic form
Continuously update and utilize an electronic, online maintenance tracking mechanism to allow for efficient maintenance planning, time limit item tracking
Adhere to company policies including all safety compliances
Manages material readiness, inventory and accountability of all maintenance related materials, specifically aviation parts, and tooling
Read and understand Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, and Structural Repair Manuals
Other duties as assigned
