About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Jeweler to join our team at our Wilmington, OH location. As a Bench Jeweler, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the repair, restoration, and creation of jewelry pieces. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail, as you will be working with precious metals and gemstones. Your primary responsibilities will include resizing rings, fixing chains, setting gemstones, and fabricating new jewelry pieces according to customer specifications. You will also be expected to perform quality control checks to ensure that all work meets our high standards before it is returned to the customer. In addition to technical skills, we value teamwork and communication, as you will be collaborating with other jewelers and customer service representatives to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This position offers opportunities for advancement within the company, and we encourage continuous learning and skill development. You will be working a full-time schedule of 8-hour shifts, with the potential for overtime and bonus opportunities based on performance.
