About The Position

Castor Home Nursing is seeking dedicated LPNs or RNs to provide personalized care to pediatric patients in Belvidere, Illinois. Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Licensed Nurse in the applicable state.
• Experience in nursing is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care as outlined in the nursing care plan.
• Completes evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
• Administers physician-prescribed medication to patients.
• Provides education to clients and their families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
• Coordinates with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other individuals in the client's care plan.
• Recommends tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the client.
