Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $78,419.00 - $117,628.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You’ll Be Doing Supports SchoolsFirst FCU's belonging, equity, accessibility, diversity, inclusion, and InterCulture (BEADIIC) engagement initiatives throughout the credit union. Assists with creating and implementing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies. Responsible for ensuring the organization has the tools to be effective and thrive with a focus on DEI as it impacts culture, data and process improvement. Partners with key stakeholders throughout the credit union to ensure that the Organization’s DEI Promise and practices are aligned with SchoolsFirst’s mission and values and all HR policies and procedures. Assists the Senior Vice President with developing, utilizing, and completing reports, presentations, and surveys that support SchoolsFirst FCU's BEADIIC programs and services. Enhance DEI education efforts, including the development and facilitation of new workshops, training, tools and resources to advance awareness of key initiatives and demonstrate the impact to the business. Collaborate with Internal Communications to prepare and create DEI material increasing knowledge, dialogue and conversations. This includes newsletters, articles, research papers, and other written and oral communications. Develop diversity analytics, including tracking metrics and dashboards, analyzing and generating diversity reporting to show trends and impact across diversity programs and initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the impact and ROI of DEI programs. Use analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into action; identify areas for correction and improvement; develop action steps and program solution recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve or streamline processes in support of the team. Provide guidance to improve teammember engagement and to ensure business units are focused on efforts to advance DEI strategy. Develop and execute an effective method for organization wide distribution of DEI-related content including cultural resources and celebrations. Evaluate and advise on all existing policies and practices. This includes hiring, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, professional development, performance evaluation, compensation, and discipline. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices. Participates in conferences, task forces, and professional affiliations to strengthen internal DEI solutions, perceptions, and influence within our Organization and to external audiences.
