As a Bellstand Attendant at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. A typical day will include greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, opening doors, and assisting Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property. You will inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Additionally, you will transport guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area, assist with luggage storage and retrieval, and help Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage up to 50lbs. You will also assist with amenity deliveries when requested. The role requires you to welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs, interact with colleagues and guests professionally, and contribute to team goals while always following company policies and safety procedures.
