About The Position

Collegiate Hotel Group®, is seeking a Bellperson to join Graduate
Bloomington and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Outgoing personality 
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally 
• Team player 
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests 
• Customer service focus 

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in a warm and personal manner 
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entrance to the hotel 
• Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to room if requested 
• Assisting Front Desk with check-ins, check-outs, and answering phones as needed
• Other duties as assigned
