We also have (3) private rooms for banquets & catered events. River Terrace Inn A day in the life ... As a Bell Person, you will be responsible for warmly greeting all guests upon arrival. You will assist guests with their luggage promptly during both check-in and check-out. Additionally, you will promote all hotel amenities and events. Key responsibilities include: Assisting guests with transportation needs, including hailing taxis, arranging Uber or other ride services. Answering guest inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Providing a brief orientation while escorting guests to their rooms, including information about: Luggage storage areas Restaurant hours and locations Vending and ice machine locations Concierge services and the evening’s scheduled event Fit center and amenities In-room equipment and emergency exit routes Your role is vital in delivering a welcoming and informative first impression to our guests. You own this if you have ... Possess a valid California driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and remain composed in high-stress situations. Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Friendly, courteous, engaging, and genuinely passionate about guest service. Able to follow instructions thoroughly and anticipate guest service needs. Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with co-workers. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
