From luggage handling and in-room orientations to shuttle service and wayfinding support, the Bellperson ensures every interaction feels thoughtful, professional, and distinctly Sundance. This guest-facing position requires exceptional hospitality skills, attention to detail, and a calm, positive presence in both fast-paced and relaxed settings. The Bellperson partners closely with the Bell Captain, Boot Room Attended, and Front Desk teams to anticipate guest needs, maintain safe and efficient operations, and deliver authentic connections that elevate each stay.
