About The Position

The Bellman/Driver is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage handling, escorting guests, and providing safe and timely transportation services. This role ensures guests receive a warm welcome and a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license for 3 years with a clean driving record.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs or more).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Safely transport guests to and from designated locations.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Report on any vehicle maintenance issues immediately.
