We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Bell Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role involves assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure it is delivered to their rooms promptly
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner- Assist with transportation arrangements as needed
