Kaiya Beach Resort- Bell Person SUMMARYThe Bell Person is the first face our guests encounter — a warm, genuine welcoming presence who sets the tone for the entire Kaiya experience. As an ambassador of our brand, this role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional, intuitive service from the moment guests and members arrive. The Bell Person assists with luggage during check-in and check-out, provides transportation around the property via the club cart, checks and maintains the pool areas, and supports other resort operations as needed. With every interaction, they embody the Kaiya values of grace, hospitality, and attention to detail, ensuring each guest begins their journey feeling seen, supported, and at ease.
