The Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a Bellperson to assist and provide services to guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable arrival and departure experience while offering helpful and informative interactions. The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional service, either personally or by directing requests to the appropriate department manager. The role embodies a culture of respect, gratitude, and empowerment, making it a perfect match for friendly, motivated individuals with a passion for serving others.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with transporting and storing luggage.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance, ensuring uniforms are clean and presentable.
  • Uphold 4-Star/4-Diamond guest service standards.
  • Assist guests with packages, including transporting items to their rooms, vehicles, or designated areas.
  • Properly log all runs on the Bell Stand Log for accountability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area.
  • Speak to guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Stay informed about all hotel promotions and guest-related programs.
  • Ensure familiarity with and adherence to all emergency procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Have a strong understanding of all amenities and services offered at the resort.
  • Be knowledgeable about and execute Moments of Service standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
