About The Position
The Bellperson/Van Driver position at Crescent Hotels & Resorts LLC is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional service to guests arriving and departing from the hotel. This position is essential in ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. The Bellperson/Van Driver will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This role requires a friendly demeanor and a commitment to customer service, as the Bellperson/Van Driver will be the first point of contact for many guests. In addition to assisting with luggage, the Bellperson/Van Driver will be tasked with inspecting, cleaning, and servicing the hotel van(s). This includes routine maintenance such as checking oil and gas levels, as well as keeping a detailed mileage log. The role also involves running errands for hotel staff, which may include delivering special request items to guests, such as express mail or personal items like hair dryers. The Bellperson/Van Driver will also assist housekeeping staff as needed and maintain cleanliness in the parking lot by picking up trash. Attendance and availability are crucial for this position, as the Bellperson/Van Driver must comply with attendance rules and be present for scheduled shifts. The role may also involve performing other job-related duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency and service quality of the hotel.
