Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Valid Drivers license

Nice To Haves

Prior guest service experience preferred
Class C Commercial or Class B Commercial Drivers license with Passenger Endorsement and Medical certification

Responsibilities

Greets guests and assist them to their rooms with luggage at check in
Identifies all safety features enroute to rooms
Checks condition of the room shows features to the guests
Explains resort services and facilities to guest
Assist guests upon request from room with luggage at check out
Stores and keeps secure the luggage of any registered guests
Distributes guest messages and packages
Conducts inventory and re stocks all pamphlets and literature
Performs scheduled runs on time to and from designated locations
Maintains operation and cleanliness of resort vehicles
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the bellman area closet and the main lobby
Perform other related duties as requested
