The Bellman’s main objective is to ensure guests are well looked after from the start of their arrival experience. They are stationed at the bell stand or front drive to greet guests by name upon arrival and departure. The Bellman transports luggage to and from the guest’s room to their vehicles or into storage, if necessary. They are also responsible for orientation of the hotel and room.
