As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive at our hotel or resort.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is advantageous.
Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and guest relations.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling to their rooms.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes at the front desk as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Perform night audit duties when required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily activities.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment related to guest services.
