Responsibilities

  • Deliver a polished and professional arrival and departure experience, greeting guests warmly and assisting with luggage handling and transportation.
  • Review daily arrivals, including VIPs and special accommodations, to anticipate and prepare for guest needs.
  • Escort guests to assigned accommodations, ensure luggage is placed appropriately, and provide an overview of room features and resort amenities.
  • Coordinate efficient delivery and retrieval of guest luggage, group baggage, parcels, messages, and specialty items.
  • Maintain organized, secure luggage storage and verify all items with guests prior to departure.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, service requests, and general information needs.
  • Support Front Desk operations by assisting with calls, message distribution, and interdepartmental coordination as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, order, and presentation of the lobby, entrance, and forecourt areas in alignment with luxury hospitality standards.
