About The Position
The Bellman is responsible for meeting and greeting guests at the hotel entrance in a prompt fashion to ensure they feel welcomed. This role involves communicating information to guests about the hotel facilities and the local area, assisting them throughout their stay, and helping them from their transportation to the front desk and then to their hotel room. Additionally, the Bellman assists guests with their luggage upon request when leaving their room and checking out. The Bellman must also be able to make arrangements for guests, such as taxi, limo, dinner, and special event reservations, including follow-up with the guests.
