About The Position

The Bellperson at Bluegreen's Club 36 Resort plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional hospitality services. This position involves assisting guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience. The Bellperson serves as the first point of contact for guests, embodying the resort's commitment to creating lasting vacation memories.

Requirements

• Prior valet or bellperson experience preferred.
• Customer service experience of at least one year required.
• Valid and clean driver's license record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with carrying luggage and packages during check-in and check-out.
• Safely and promptly deliver and pick up luggage from guest rooms.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
