ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Bellhop, you’ll be the face of our resort, ensuring that every guest feels welcome, valued, and pampered. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Familiarity with the local area and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide seamless luggage assistance to arriving and departing guests.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
Escort guests to their rooms, sharing details about our property and services.
Maintain a tidy front drive area and ensure clear fire lanes.
Store and tag guest luggage efficiently.
Assist with guest room drops and shoe shining.
Be knowledgeable about local attractions and resort amenities.
Problem-solve and follow up on guest requests.
Operate both automatic and standard vehicles.
