About The Position

This role will include a temporary introductory rate while the Bell Services Program is introduced at the resort. New Team Members will be offered $15/hr and will continue to earn that while the program is built. This rate is guaranteed until May 1, 2025 at minimum. We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual for the position of Bellperson. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth operation at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various guest needs to ensure a great guest experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with night audit and front desk procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and effective phone etiquette.
  • Ability to lift/pull/push up to 110 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent driving record

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, showing guest to their room, or providing transportation.
  • Transfer luggage, trunks and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles or transportation terminals by hand or using baggage carts.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Maintain effective communication with guests via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
  • Support hotel management in daily operations and uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the property.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments.
  • Assist with guest calls to address guest inquiries or requests.
  • Ensure Bell stand an common areas are clean.
