About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous experience in valet and guest services.
• Advanced knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of property safety and security procedures.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Energetic and outgoing personality.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow directions with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and work with basic financial information.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of classic cocktails and modern classics.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Deliver laundry and store luggage.
• Know the complete hotel facilities and escort guests to their rooms.
• Deliver flowers, packages, gifts, and amenities as directed.
• Provide valet parking service following company guidelines.
• Assist with activities and maintain good relations with transportation services.
• Provide information and recommendations for local attractions.
• Polish and monitor bell carts and maintain a clean work area.
• Handle maintenance of company vehicles and report any issues.
• Document guest complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
