About The Position
The Bell Services Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for guests of Innisbrook Resort. This position is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing directions, and facilitating smooth arrivals and departures. The role requires physical stamina to handle lifting and standing for extended periods, as well as the ability to navigate stairs and various weather conditions. The attendant acts as a first point of contact, representing Salamander's commitment to exceptional customer service. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation and legacy of Innisbrook.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Capability to maneuver safely up and down stairs while carrying items.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for operating hotel vehicles.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Provide courteous and prompt service, including escorting guests to their rooms or vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell services area and equipment.
- Operate hotel vehicles when necessary to transport guests or luggage.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and helpful manner.
- Navigate stairs and outdoor areas safely while managing guest belongings.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service.
