About The Position
As a Bell Services Agent, you will escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assist with hand luggage, and offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions. You will inspect guests’ rooms to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequate. Additionally, you will explain features of the room such as the operation of the radio, television, and night-lock, and how to place telephone calls. Your responsibilities will also include paging guests in the lobby, dining room, or other parts of the hotel, delivering messages, running errands, and room service orders. You will pick up articles for laundry and valet service, transport guests about the premises or local areas in a car or motorized cart, keep a record of calls for service, and deliver luggage while setting up sample rooms.
