Bell Service Attendant - Seasonal (Tropicana Atlantic City)
About The Position
Assists hotel guests with their luggage and provides information with regards to property and events within the casino and hotel. Orient guests to room facilities by explaining the different features available in the room, including the operation of air conditioning unit, television and other special features provided. Coordinates all bus and junket luggage delivery and pickup. Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests. Promotes positive guest relations.
