About The Position

The Bell Person is responsible for providing exemplary guest service to our hotel guests by being a professional and knowledgeable representative of the Hotel to all internal and external guests; ensuring the highest customer service standards are upheld at all times. Responsible for greeting guest, loading and unloading luggage from vehicle and escorting guest and luggage to hotel room. Responsible for tagging and marking luggage when storing in bell closet in times of check ins or outs. Provides information to our guest with a friendly, upbeat and positive manner. Must be able to park cars in valet when needed. The Bell Person is responsible for greeting guests and handling luggage for guests upon arrival or departure, transporting luggage between lobby and guest rooms.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid Mississippi Drivers License required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to be a team player and work in different areas of the department.

Responsibilities
