Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One (1) year of hospitality, guest service, or related experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Strong guest service mindset and professional presence
  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
  • Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching
  • Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods
  • Ability to safely operate Club vehicles
  • Regular exposure to outdoor weather including snow, cold, and heat

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests warmly and offer assistance upon arrival and departure
  • Safely load, unload, and transport luggage, packages, and personal belongings
  • Escort guests between the shuttle, lobby, rooms, and other Club facilities
  • Provide transportation to and from Aspen Airport and designated locations
  • Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and general Club information
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service at all times
  • Follow daily operational checklists and Supervisor direction
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of shuttle vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and trash removal
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Pick up trash and debris and maintain outdoor and entry areas
  • Support Front Desk operations by assisting guests and communicating important updates
  • Keep radio or bell phone accessible and respond promptly to all service requests
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Help maintain safe walkways by removing snow, ice, debris, and hazards
  • Follow all Club safety standards and vehicle operation protocols
  • Respond appropriately during emergency situations when required
  • Report safety, maintenance, or operational concerns promptly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
