About The Position

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the individual is responsible for various duties including, but not limited the following:

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with one year of bell/door experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
  • Greets both arriving and departing guests in a positive, upbeat manner.
  • Opens the door for both arriving and departing guests.
  • Provides guests with general information such as directions, promotional information, valet information, etc.
  • Obtains transportation for guests when requested.
  • Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
  • Other assignments as directed.
