About The Position

The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando, situated just six miles from Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, offers daily transportation to major Orlando attractions and complimentary entry to Surfari Water Park for all resort guests. The property features a 6,000-square-foot meeting space and diverse dining options, including Valencia Restaurant, Longboard Restaurant, and Alfresco Market. SPIRE Hospitality, the management company, is dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences and providing best-in-class service, ensuring employees have the necessary support, tools, and opportunities for growth. The Bell Person role is an integral part of the Guest Services TEAM, focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations during arrivals and departures, primarily through luggage assistance and ensuring guest comfort upon settling into their rooms.

Requirements

High school diploma or its equivalent.
No experience is required.
Valid driver's license required

Nice To Haves

Prior Driver, Hospitality, Bell Person, or Door Person experience preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier service to our guests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, promptly responding to their requests and ensuring an exceptional experience.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and the surrounding area.
Guest items will be retrieved and loaded to and from cars, busses, vans, and carts.
Escort guests to their accommodations, visually inspect the room, and highlight its features and the room compendium for their convenience.
Manage stored luggage by tagging bags and providing guests with corresponding claim tickets, while ensuring luggage is securely organized in designated areas for safekeeping.
Address and resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
