Provides friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting their baggage from the Bell Desk to their room or vehicle. This position has Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) identified as a measurement of success. KPI’s will be shared to all team members who work in this job title and feedback will be provided regarding the successful completion of the KPI’s as part of the performance review process. Builds relationships with guests (or community, etc.) based upon respect while maintaining a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor. Works collaboratively to deliver the highest degree of service to the guest.
