The Bell Attendant role is part of the Guest Services team, responsible for creating a memorable first impression for guests. This involves assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and escorting guests to their rooms. Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong desire to make a positive impact on others
  • Must be able to stand and move between the valet lot and various areas of the hotel for the duration of the shift
  • Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in each quest
  • Welcome and interact with all guests upon arrival
  • Open vehicle doors for arriving guests and provide a warm welcome
  • Escort guests to the front desk for check-in
  • Upon check-in, assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their room while explaining hotel amenities and highlights
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and assist with guest arrivals and departures
  • Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
  • “Be the difference” by exceeding guest and team expectations and going beyond the norm
