Practice, support and promote the vision, mission, and values of the Muckleshoot Casino Resort (MCR). Greet arriving guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, extending a warm welcome and helping. Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring it is transported to and from their rooms promptly and safely. Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and special amenities, such as spa services, dining options, and casino offerings. Escort guests to their rooms as needed, providing information about room features and amenities along the way. Help with any guest requests, such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, or providing directions to local attractions. Maintain a neat and organized bell stand area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment. Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of luggage and other guest requests. Uphold MCR's standards of professionalism and service excellence. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a courteous and efficient manner. Assist in maintaining the hotel's exterior appearance, including keeping entrance areas clean and presentable. Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and points of interest to provide guests with recommendations. Provide guests with accurate information about check-out procedures and assist with luggage storage if necessary. Assist with valet parking services as needed. Handle guest inquiries and requests via telephone or in person. Maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's loyalty programs and benefits. Adhere to safety and security procedures, reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to appropriate personnel. Smile and engage guests and team members with a positive professional demeanor. Performs other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Previous experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting highly preferred! Thorough knowledge of local areas and resort amenities. Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
