About The Position
As a Bell person with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, your knowledge of the hotel and the professionalism you display will create a sense of “welcome” like no other. In this role you will support the hotel by being responsible for the transportation of Guests on and off property as well as the delivery of luggage and any other items for delivery within the Hotel. You will ensure the guest is familiar with their room upon arrival, including temperature control, room orientation, valet parking, and parking options. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle fleet, ensuring both the interior and exterior are regularly cleaned and well-maintained. You will maintain a presence in the Lobby offering assistance to Guests, opening main entrance doors and car doors upon Guests' arrival under the direction of the Bell Captain, and perform other duties as assigned.
