About The Position
Responsible for ensuring The Ultimate Southern Gaming Experience by satisfying our guests and the successful overall operation of the Bell associates and all related services, ensuring an optimal level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of three to five years' experience in a guest service environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license from the State, as well as a good driving record.
- Ability to drive and operate a manual and automatic transmission.
- Physical endurance and stamina, excellent communication skills required.
- Must be able to demonstrate all aspects of hospitality, professionalism, prompt and courteous service, with extreme attention to detail.
