About The Position

Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Guest Services team as a Bell Clerk at Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa located in Poipu, Hawaii. At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. The Bell Clerk are in constant communication with the Bell Attendants to expedite check-in/check-out, by ensuring guests are escorted with their luggage & personal items to and from the guest rooms efficiently. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be able to take directions and work with a positive attitude.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift, pull and push moderate weight.
• Able to walk and stand throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to provide full availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Communicate with Bell Attendants to ensure efficient service.
• Escort guests with their luggage and personal items to and from guest rooms.
• Engage in casual conversation with guests and provide local recommendations.
