The Bell Captain leads the Front Drive and Valet teams in creating a seamless, welcoming, and memorable arrival and departure experience for every guest. Serving as one of the first and last points of contact, this role brings the Sundance values of Welcomed, Valued, and Inspired to life by ensuring warm greetings, thoughtful farewells, and attentive service throughout the guest journey. The Bell Captain is primarily responsible for guest engagement, hospitality, and the overall flow of front drive operations. While team members manage luggage handling, parking, and valet logistics, the Bell Captain ensures that each interaction reflects genuine care, efficiency, and the spirit of Sundance. This hands-on leadership role focuses on service excellence, team coordination, and creating meaningful connections that set the tone for the guest's entire stay.
