Requirements

  • Less than three moving violations in the three previous years
  • No DUI convictions
  • Must have current driver’s license where applicable
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
  • Familiar with local area and attractions

Nice To Haves

  • One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred
  • Valid CDL license where applicable

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of bellpersons, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professionalism.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and personalized experience.
  • Coordinate luggage handling, transportation, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient flow of luggage, packages, and guest belongings.
  • Provide recommendations and assistance to guests, enhancing their overall stay.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
