About The Position

Mandarin Oriental New York is looking for a Bell Captain to join our Guest Service team. The Bell Captain is responsible for overall communication, organization, record keeping and facilitation of an efficient guest service operations. This position reports to the Director and Assistant Director of Front Office Operations. The Bell Captain will initiate contact with guests, assist with their needs, and ensure that all guest requests are communicated accurately to the relevant departments.
