Train and supervise all new Guest Service Aides. Prepare weekly schedule for Guest Service Aides and maintain documentation (time cards, reviews, etc.). Provide baggage delivery to guest rooms. Accurately tag and store luggage for guest as needed and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing luggage. Open entrance door for and warmly greet/welcome all guests. Ensure the front lobby; front interior and exterior entrances are clean and inviting. May provide directions to hotel facilities and rooms, as well as local area attractions.
