About The Position

Come be part of our Rooms team as a Bell Attendant at the Hyatt Regency DFW located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space. We're seeking a full-time Bell Attendant that has a flexible schedule. Your Schedule times may vary between 6am to 2pm, 10am to 6pm, 2pm to 10pm or 4pm to 12am. Candidates must have open availability for consideration, to include weekdays, weekends and holidays. Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Transportation to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It's important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests and transport their luggage and personal items to and from guest rooms.
• Communicate with the Front Office and Transportation to ensure efficient service.
• Provide information about hotel accommodations and local recommendations.
• Engage in casual conversation with guests to enhance their experience.
