As a Hyatt Bell Attendant, you will maintain constant communication with the Front Office and Valet teams to ensure guests are properly escorted. You will ensure guests' luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently, and ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. Additionally, you will answer phone calls and assist with guest questions and concerns in a quick and efficient manner, assist in making reservations for restaurants, taxis, etc., and be knowledgeable about St. Louis to make local recommendations for events, meals, attractions and more.
