Offering more than 30,000 square feet of elegantly designed meeting space, our guests will feel inspired, and the event is sure to be a success. Our sophisticated top-floor venues feature wall-to-wall glass windows offering panoramic views of the bay, Coit Tower, Union Square and the downtown skyline. Bell Attendants are in constantmunication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It's important to ensure that guests arefortable with amodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local rmendations.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbalmunication skills.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
  • Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a warm, professional manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage, including transporting, storing, and retrieving bags safely and efficiently.
  • Escort guests to and from rooms, explaining hotel features, amenities, and services.
  • Provide directions, rmendations, and information about the hotel and local area.
  • Arrange transportation services (taxis, ride, shuttle, etc.) when requested.
  • Maintain cleanliness andanization of the bell stand, lobby, and storage areas.
  • Safeguard guest belongings and handle all items with care and confidentiality.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service.
  • Assist with valet or door services when needed.
  • Ad to hotel safety and security procedures at all times.
