About The Position

Park Hyatt Washington is currently seeking a Full-Time Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services Team. Not only will you be a part of an elite luxury service team, but you will be part of our hotel which was recognized by Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards as a top 10 hotel in the world!

Requirements

  • Must have full time availability, including weekdays and weekends.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
  • Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.

Responsibilities

  • Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently.
  • Ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.
  • Engage in casual conversation and provide hotel or local recommendations.
