About The Position

Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality , is seeking a friendly and organized Bell Attendant/Shuttle Driver to assist our guests. This role requires excellent communication and a passion for providing outstanding guest services.

Requirements

• Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing.
• Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Escort incoming guests to rooms.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate.
• Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc.
• Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Transport guests in hotel van within property requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van.
• Maintain all mileage records on a daily basis.
• Report all trips to front desk; length of drive as well as length of time spent.
• Keep record of calls for service.
• Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks.
• Set up sample rooms.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
