About The Position

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests at the front door or car upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with luggage to and from their room.
  • Park and retrieve guest cars safely and in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Deliver messages, packages, and suitcases, and set up show rooms.
  • Maintain the image of the hotel by appearing well-groomed and in a pressed uniform.
  • Inspect guestrooms to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequate.
  • Explain features of the room such as operation of television, fireplace, and ordering procedures.
  • Keep records of calls for service.
  • Maintain safety and security of guests at all times.
