About The Position

As a Bell Attendant (Bellman) at Sage Lodge, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through warm welcomes and uplifting service. Your duties will include managing on and off property shuttles, greeting guests, handling luggage, and showcasing the unique features of the property and surrounding areas. You will support the Front Desk in creating memorable interactions with guests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years hotel experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills required.
  • Must have valid driver's license; annual MVR report review.

Responsibilities

  • Explains features of room such as operation of television, fireplace, ceiling fans, windows, location of dining menu and ordering procedures.
  • Owns the main drive and front entrance to keep it clean and tidy.
  • Assists with on and off property shuttles.
  • Delivers faxes, packages, suitcases, and trunks to guests' rooms.
  • Greets guests at front door or car upon arrival, and escorts them to their room.
  • Maintains the image of the hotel by appearing extremely presentable, well-groomed and in a pressed uniform.
  • Maintains safety and security of guests at all times.
