Eleos Family Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behaviorist to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. This part-time, per diem position allows for a flexible schedule while delivering services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Behaviorist will conduct assessments, create and implement behavior support plans, and train staff and caregivers in various settings, including individuals' residences and day programs.

Conduct direct and indirect assessments.
Collect data using an online data collection system (catalyst).
Conduct functional behavior assessments.
Write functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans with guidance from the BCBA.
Collaborate with the BCBA to create and implement behavior intervention plans.
Analyze and assess data collected through the catalyst system.
Meet regularly with the BCBA to discuss individual progress.
Train staff and caregivers on implementing behavior support plans.
Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and caregivers.
Respect cultural diversity and adapt ABA procedures accordingly.
Provide feedback and model behavior support plan implementation as needed.
Complete SOAP notes per visit and conduct periodic reassessments.

Must have experience in positive behavior support and/or applied behavior analysis.
1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Must be a registered behavior technician (RBT) or have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (applied behavioral analysis, psychology, special education, social work, public health counseling) with 1 year of relevant experience.
Bilingual skills (Spanish, ASL) are a plus.
Valid driver's license (not to exceed 5 points).
Must consent to and pass State/Federal Criminal Background and Central Registry checks.
